Ruined Christmas by Dollar Thrifty Car Rental.

I traveled from Brazil on the 24th of December,arrived in Joburg in the 25th of Dec and waited for my flight going to East London where I have made a car rental booking,paid and confirmed it.Landed in East London and waited 2:30min with no cars or hope of getting one.Eventually I left the airport in a taxi as the car that I paid for was not available.All in All I ended not going to Family Christmas lunch that I came back home for and was left stranded with bags.Manager no where to be found as her cellphone was off the whole time.Im still sitting with no car, and ruined Christmas with family.I always book with them and I will never again.All I want is my money back ASAP.
