Rude, obnoxious and arrogant supervisor

I had booked a Thrifty rental (Mercedes Benz C200) though Expedia to be collected at the O.R. Tambo airport on 12-May-2016 however went to collect the rental they initially could not find my rental and then when Rishaad Ismail finally found the rental he proceeded to tell me it's not for a Mercedes Benz C200 but for an "Infinity". After being quite obnoxious and rude about the whole process he ended up telling me it's not his problem I should take it up with Expedia. He proceeded to tell me he will do me a favor and upgrade me to a C180, even after I told him that is not an upgrade but a downgrade, apparently this branch does not stock C200's. While I was on the phone with Expedia he then proceeded to explain the situation to one of his work colleagues while sarcastically laughing about it. I have never experienced such pathetic service and arrogance, especially at an international airport where they are the face of the company for tourists entering the company. I fail to see how such an individual can be in any form of management position. I would have expected Thrifty to take ownership of the problem and assist with resolving it in a professional and curious manner.
