Rude manager at Thrifty Lanseria Mr Chris Munsamy

I am a business owner and I rented a car for my employee for work purpose. It happened today that I was in a conference and could not answer my fone. Chris Munsamy of Thrifty Lanseria was very rude to my employee that I must answer my fone when they call. He does nt care if I'm in a conference or not. I have been dealing with Thrifty Lanseria for years with no rudeness likeness like that.
