RUDE CONSULTANT

the consultant attending to your customer services line today (14/09/2020) from 17:00 is the rudest ever. His phone etiquette is pathetic. I do not remember his name. it started with either a K or C. I requested that he check a mail that I sent and he rudely responded to say that he received nothing. When I called later on to check again he was not willing to help me while I held on the line when I told him that it was urgent as it is a sponsored booking and the clients are waiting at PE branch which is about to close.

another issue is that your email sponsor@thrifty seems to no longer work and there is no communication as to where to send sponsored bookings through. Only when the people went to pick up the car they were told the booking was not finalized.
