Rude and unfriendly staff

What a disaster, ***********, rude staff attending to clients at O R Tambo. Staff openly loudly saying that he is too busy to assist with a problem. Car damaged with scratches and no one in sight to check vehicle and not shown on documents. have not used this company in years and now i know why.
