Booked a rental car for 10 from Dollar at OR Tambo on the 13 April. Booking confirmed. Arrived at 10.30 and told no car available. After 40 minutes a car was found. Missed two important meetings. <br> ******* service. And expensive. Took R5000 deposit which has not been paid back. No apologies. Just arrogant argumentative people.
