RETURN OUR DEPOSIT

We booked a car on the 23rd of October through Cars4hire, and returned on the 26th... and was told the time frame to get the deposit back is between 7 - 10 working days... last Friday was the 10th and no deposit returned, called Cars4hire to find out what was the issues.. they had contacted Thrifty through emails, and till today no feed back.. My cousin had to call Thrifty directly with all sorts of stories that he must contact his bank to check if they Thrify have authorized the deposit, like cant they see on their own system that it was authorized... they promised to call him back, it's been 2 hours.. The car was returned in a good condition, so give us our deposit back... and this is the last we will be using their services, everyone around me will know about the service and I hope they tell those around them... Just give our deposit back!!!
