Return money ****** from card: Car deposit returned to the card but then reversed twice

In March 2017, Thrifty (Cape Town Airport) deducted R7,298.27 as normal for rental of the car but didn't return the money until we complained several times via email.

But then on 12 April 2017, Thrifty deposited R7,298.27 into our bank account twice. We informed Thrifty of the error and Thrifty immediately deducted R7,298.27 TWICE!

In May 2017 we reported the error on Hellopeter and someone from Thrifty promised to address the matter but now it is 3 December and Thrifty still has not refunded the money ******. If the money is not returned in a week, I am opening a police case of theft.
