Rental Deposit

I booked a car on via Thrifty from the 25th to the 28th of Feb 2021, dropped the car on the 28th.

even after continuous calls I'm still yet to receive back my R2000 refund back, the call center is the worst as they drop calls, and they are understaffed.

I will definitely think twice before using them again, bad bad experience.
