RENT Deposit refund issues:

Worst car rental company I have ever dealt with, EVER. I hired a car with using my debit, They asked for R9500 Deposit which I paid. I have been sent from Pillar to post for the past week about getting a Refund of almost R9000. I have been promised the payment will be processed for the Past week everyday but it's never done. Their staff always promise to call me back , which they never do. It you want a headache by all means use them. Absolutely SHOCKING customer service. I would advice ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO USE THEM.
