RENT A CAR AT YOUR OWN RISK , YOU WILL HAVE TO RUN AFTER THEM FOR YOUR REFUND

So once again , here I am having to run off to hellopeter just so your refunds department can do the right thing . Below is tan email I initially sent to your customer service who actually did their part as they responded on the same day and advise they had forwarded my mail to refunds .

" Good day

Kindly advise how far along the process of the refund for the above mentioned account is ?

On the 7th Jan (12pm) , I received a call from accounts to verify my bank account number ,and was advised that my refund was being processed . Which is why I am sending this communication .

This was the second time I was actually booking a car with you guys and , you have just reminded me why I thought you were one of the rerrible rentals when it came to refunds.

Get your refunds to contact me , I will not be wasting my airtime calling you guys while I am being transferred from pillar to post .
