Release my Holding deposit

Last month on the on the 29th June 2020 I borrowed a car unti the 6th July 2020 at Thrifty car rental and I returned it on the 6th. Normally when I return the car I would get my deposit same day or the following day because of my bank that they working with, I called 3 days after I returned the car to ask about my deposit and they told me about 7 days I didn't understand the 7days part because I always get my money same time but this time it's been more than 7 days but still didn't get my money. Can someone press the button and give me my money I went to Eastern Cape to burry my Father now I do not even have a cent and Thrifty is busy investing my money somewhere.
