Release my Holding Deposit

On the 22nd December 2018 i hired a car at Dollar Thrifty East London airport and returned it on the 30th December 2018 but I did not receive my holding deposit until now but every day I get a deduction that I don't even understand what it's for because no one can communicate with you at Dollar Thrifty. Normally when I return the car I get my money within a day but I don't know what is going on now. Guys it's January I don't have money can you please return my deposit please.
