REFUSING TO RELEASE MY DEPOSIT

I returned their car on the 27th November 2021 but I only received my invoice on the 11th December after I made 3 requests and still have not received my money. Thrifty has not released my deposit and they have came up with new telephonic terms of release (14 working days for a local account) which are against their terms and conditions stated on their contract and emails.
