Refusal of deposit

So far at branch level people are willing to assist you in getting a car. But you can forget about getting your deposit back or getting any response from people dealing with deposit returns. What I'm saying effectively, stay away from them. Have called & mailed them countless times to no avail. I've been waiting since the beginning of January 2022.
