Refunds withheld for no reason

Thrifty car rental have not paid my refund despite calling them and mailing them continuously.

The holding deposit administrator, Rylan Sewbally refers me on to the refund department who do not action the payment that is due to me.

The new trick seems to be closing queries without actually resolving them- strange when this occurs with refunds that are due?

Sounds to me like they are trying to delay payments to generate interest on deposits held. Short sighted business decision considering the loss of revenue from customers that will never do repeat business with them again.

I expect a return of my refund immediately.
