REFUND! REFUND! REFUND! REFUND! REFUND! REFUND!

I rented a vehicle with YOUR company, in the past, the refund of the deposit amount was supposedly within 48 hours after returning the vehicle...which was seldom the case!!! It's even worse now!!! Upon returning the vehicle, I was told that the company is under new management and the processes have changed...(NO ONE BOTHERED TO INFORM THE LOYAL CUSTOMERS OF SUCH!!! STUPID REALLY!!!) SO... It now takes 7 days...then I was told it's 7 WORKING days...on the 8th "WORKING" day I was told it takes 7-14 working days!!! I spoke to Taariq in the refunds department and was told it would take 3 more "WORKING" days because it was processed when I queried my refund!!! HOW MANY MORE WORKING DAYS SHOULD I WAIT FOR??? YOUR COMPANY IS A JOKE AND I FEEL LIKE SUCH A FOOL FOR EVER HAVING FAITH IN YOUR COMPANY AND GIVING YOU CHANCE AFTER CHANCE...EVEN AFTER ALL YOUR STUFF UPS! CLEARLY YOU ARE A MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY WITH NO PROPER PROCESSES NOR CUSTOMER CARE!!! REFUND MY MONEY TODAY OR ELSE I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER!!! I REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH YOUR LUDICROUS COMPANY! SIES!!!

Oh! just as I expected!!! I received a callback from Craig and he also could explain the correct refund process! I was told that the money might reflect TODAY or in the next 3 WORKING days! REALLY!!! This is really the most ********** customer service that I have ever experienced! This company never ceases to whip out dissatisfaction, lies and a dreadful service!!! YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL! YOU HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

Thank you Dollar Thrifty Car Rental RIGHT!!! SO THE CAR WAS RETURNED ON THE 02/07/2018 AND THE REFUND WAS ONLY PROCESSED ON THE 12/07/2018!!! AND ONLY BECAUSE I "ADDRESSED" IT WITH YOUR COMPANY??? DOLLAR THRIFTY CAR RENTAL! THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! I WANT MY MONEY TODAY!!!
