Refund of Deposit is a heartache use them with caution if you do not have another choice

As much I am told the problem is with Head Office - JHB. To me that's the same Company Name. As a returning customer the third time service was so bad and painful, using the same Bank as them but refund of deposit took more than 5 working days. I hesitate to recommend to others in case of similar experience. Nevertheless it's up to the individual to try for him/herself.
