Refund of deposit

It is with absolute disgust to see that almost 80% of the complaints relates to....'Awaiting deposit refunds'.<br> I returned my car on the 4th April 2016, were told that it will take 7 working days....i am still waiting!<br> Even though your prices are relatively good in comparison to your competitors, i would much rather pay a little extra and make use of a company that has integrity and sticks to their word and therefore would make sure i spread the word about your terrible service and dishonesty....<br> What amazes me is that some people complained 2 days after delivering the vehicle...Thrifty's response: You will have you refund within 24hrs.<br> Yet some people are either waiting for weeks and sadly others are waiting for months now!!!<br> <br> Please stick to your word and refund my money.....our money!!
