Refund not paid back

<p>I rented a car at KMIA Thrifty on the 17th of March and returned it on the 22nd of March. I was told that my deposit would be paid back within 7 working days. Instead of being paid back R3 850.73 was taken from my account. When I called the branch they told me it was for damages. The car had a cracked wind screen when I took it and Thrifty acknowledged that and signed for it. When I went there they admitted that they had made a mistake and I was not liable for the damages and said I would be refunded in 7 days. It's been over a month and I haven't been refunded. Every day they tell me that I will get my money latest by midnight. Lies lies lies...***** ***** *****. #Croocks
