Refund Not Paid and Horrible Experience

<div>Rented a vehicle with them for 23–29 September. I returned the vehicle on 27 September therefore a refund was due to me. To date i have not received the funds. I have called them everyday since 7 October. I was told to wait 7 working days. Then after told its actually 14 working days. They later claimed to have refunded and sent me a “proof of payment”. I sent them my bank statements for the entire September and October to prove i did not receive the money. The lady helping me was rude, impatient and very irritated with me. Each time i called she would hang up our calls. She never called me back even once this entire month to give me any feedback. Last week Thursday when i called she made me hold and described me as “the lady who was crying last week” to her colleague. Its been an absolute nightmare. To date. I have not received my refund.&nbsp;</div>
