Refund not paid

I hired a car in East London on 2 July, I was supposed to return it on the 6th. It was not comfortable and returned it 3 hours later. I was told I would be charged a day rental which I didn't have a problem with. The deposit was released immediately, but the rental refund has not been returned, it's been 2 weeks now, please. Refund me.
