Refund - NON PAYMENT FROM DOLLAR THRIFTY

What a disappointment of service and lack of communication from the employees of Dollar Thrifty especially in Johannesburg where refunds are made. I spoke to Ruciel who does the refunds who told me that he will do the refund and I will get the money, the following day and he did not do so, I also spoke who Tony Chetty who sent what he says is the proof of payment(which is a printout from their system) on the Thursday (19th July 2018) it is now the 24th July 2018 and I still have not received my refund after he has told me that they are using FNB and I am using FNB which in my knowledge the reflection is supposed to be immediately. I haven't received it and he tells me that he has called the bank and the bank says they will do the release and when I ask him when , he says he doesn't know. They have their rental money , have their kilometers money but I don't have my refund and they don't seem to care. I looked at the website and it says that refund is WITHIN 4-7 working day and today is the seventh day and I still have not received my refund. Rental No. ********** for vehicle : FR29JNGP
