REFUND FOR HOLDING DEPOSIT DOLLAR THRIFTY

Good day

I have rented a car from Centurion on the 12th of October from Centurion. I returned it to Centurion the following week and I got my deposit back within 3 days.

The following week on the 20th of October I rented a car from OR Tambo International and I returned it on Wednesday the 24th of October. An amount of around 100 was deducted from my account and I was informed that my 3400 will be paid to my account the following day. I have been running from pillar to post. I was referred to the bank and the bank keep on referring me back to Dollar Thirifty. Today I called a lady who said the branch OR Tambo must assist me with my refund. I have since hold for the lady to come back to me until I ran out of airtime and the call was terminated.

Can you please help me get my money back. Can you contact OR Tambo Branch to call me and arrange how my deposit will be refunded.

Since October 2023 I have been going back and forth with people and they insist that they paid my deposit back. I am really pleading with anyone who have a heart to assist in that company to call me and arrange how will I get my deposit. I have been phoning using my airtime without success. Sometimes I hold until my airtime is exhausted
