Refund for 2 days not received

Hello Peter,<br> Triffty ****** us of about R989 on car rental. WE USED THEIR VEHICLES FOR 2 DAYS BUT CHARGED FOR 4 DAYS. On top of this I received some rude yelling and embarrassment. On 10 March 2015 we hired and picked up a van around 17:45pm from Triffty. The Van died 5 kilometers from the airport, July told us to return it to airport. The gave us Xtrail as tmprary replacement at no extra cost until the following day. Sheron said they wd check it n give it back to us next day. We returned xtrail on the following day 11 Mar as agreed on their call. I asked them to give me another car instead of giving me the dying van again. They closed the faulty van contract and opened a Figo contract for us. We had to receive refund R574 of the 2nd day for the dead Van contract, since the contract was cancelled before the end of day 1. They opened Figo contract for 2 days
