Refund

We hired a vehicle at drive south africa agent then they booked for us at thriffty in cape town international airport booking number (DSCR443852). We were suppose to fetch the vehicle at 9 but we were told to wait ut on arrived at 10 after we fought about the deposit which was supposed to be R5000 -R6000 but the very same morning we were told to pay R9500. We dropped the car last week monday and we were told deposit will be refunded within 7 days. I have been emailing and calling them regarding the refund, they are sent me back and forth no one is willing to help me worse they do not respond to the emails. I need this money I am suppose to attend the funeral on Thursday at Eastern and i am worried because it seems like they di not care about their clients.
