Refund

I return a car on the 1st September then on the 5th I hire a car again for the second time but even today I didn’t get my 1st deposit when I’m calling the refund dept no one answer then I choose option 1 for reservations I explain to the lady but still she put me back to that refund dept and I told her no1 is answering there....
