Refund and Funds deducted from my account

<p>I have been going to Cape Town branch more that four times to enquiry about my refund and the funds which were deducted fro my account with no explanation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Returned the vehicle 4 day before the due date but was refunded for only three days. R250 was deducted from my account for no reason, went to the branch again to acquire information of what was happening but no one had answers for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my invoice number ********** please i think i derseve to be infomed.</p> <p>Every customer has a right to.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
