REFUND!
<p>I rented a car with Dollar Thrifty at Port Elizabeth Airport on the 19th of May and instead of receiving my refund upon return they debit my account again!</p> <p>I called the branch to let them know of this and i was assisted and recieved my normal refund but the money they debited extra i was told i need to wait a week for it!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now this is money they were not suppose to have taken from my account in the first place!It is not theirs and now I'm the one who needs to wait.</p> <p> </p> <p>And the week is over i've yet to receive my money they took!</p> <p> </p> <p>Great service i tell you!!!</p>
