REFUND

Good Day

Please note that as of today I haven’t received my refund since December last year. The Manager by the name of Rowan Kellerman has been promising that the money will be paid and nothing is happening. This is a poor service and if I don't get my money back I i will go to the Ombudsman to sort this out
