Reap off!!!

Earlier in May I rented a car at Thrifty in Cape Town Airport. On the contract was stipulated that for a traffic fine they will charge R 250.00 . I thought that was all but to only find out the R 250.00 is an admin fee and Still have to pay for the traffic fine myself. I do not understand what admin because they just forwarded the ticket as it is, really i do not understand how and On my own opinion this is reap off. On my case they assume that i have 4 traffic fines therefore they charge my wife credit card R 1 000.00 . This morning i called to inquire about the charges on my wife credit card but up until know they didn't call me back. They sent me two emails with the same traffic fines but up until know they have not reverse the charge and no one bordered to call me. Before you rent car at Thrifty think twice. they will reap you off. I have been you using them for couple of years but after this i don't think i will ever use their service.
