Really Bad Experience

It was my first time ever renting a vehicle and Dollar Thrifty made sure to make it a horrible experience. The people there are very mean and they do nothing to make you want to use them again. I was happy with the bakkie but the people were quite nasty. <br> <br> To give one example, they waited for me to drive half way to Pretoria to tell me that I cannot leave my car on their facility. When I ask why they did not tell me while I was there (their drivers saw us leave) they say \why didn't you ask for permission?\". I then had to drive back to Lanseria which cuts down on the 200kms they gave me for the day.<br> <br> I may have been wrong to leave my car there, but like I said it was my first time renting so I do not know how it works. The manager yells at me on the phone threatening to clamp my wheels. That's not how you treat a paying customer."
