RE: UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD

I am going to file a report for ***** against Thrifty.

Why are charges being levied against my credit card?

I called yesterday and I was told by Lebo Ramphisa (even sent me an Invoice) that the total cost payable for the rental was R992.60 which includes R697.00 (rental fee) + 295.60 (Petrol and admin fee).

Thrifty had reserved an amount of R2000 (deposit) + R697.00 (Rental Fee) when I took the car on Saturday.

I expected an amount of R1704,40 to released back into account. Instead, you have levied more charges which I do not know and consent to. They are further not on the invoice (see attached). These charges are R64.40, R401.40 and R1303.00.

Should you not release my deposit (R1704.40) by the end of this week and reverse the unauthorised charges, I will file a complaint of ***** against you.
