Rat in the boot.

I found a rat in the boot in my rental car this morning. Called Thrifty to report this, they arranged for someone to pick the car up as there was no way I would be able to drive it again. I am now charged for the pick up. For a car that clearly wasn’t checked/ cleaned before hand over. Stay away from Dollar Thrifty Centurion
