Worst service from Dollar Thrifty Car Rental South Africa

1stly I was over charged for the vehicle that i had initially hired - refund still not paid. 2ndly I was then allocated a different car to the one that i had hired 3rdly when I was finally assisted at the Cape Town branch; i waited for atleast 2 hours before i got the "incorrect" vehicle. Wait for it.....While waiting for the car i was told to wait on the side only to get told later on that the car i had hired initially hire is not available and i was offered a different vehicle from a lower group. While 2 white guys who were way behind me in queue received exactly the same care. I literally watched them service all the white people who were behind me and got their cars in time. 2 hours later i had to settle for their option.

I reported my dissatisfaction on Twitter and i was told my issue will be resolved. To date nothing has been done.

Til this date my refund has not been paid to me.
