R6000 deposit held for a week with no reason

I am complaining about such a poor service at thrifty, it was my first time hiring a car at your Capetown airport branch. I was charged R900.02 which I duly paid in addition you withheld R 6000. I have not seem my refund and it is the 11th of February today where as I hired the car n the 4th of February. <br> <br> I find this unacceptable. I will never hire from your company again it iwas my first and last time. Please pay my R 6000 immediately back into my credit card. I spoke to your consultant in vain on Wednesday, she promised to get back to me nothing happened<br>
