R3700 RENTAL TURNS INTO R16200.00 !!!!
HUUR****RAK RA 707776<br> Tell me how can a rental of R3700 turn into a fiasco like this! After a month STILL being charged.So far between my American card and my moms South African card we are now close to being charged R16000,00. I am told by the branch manager to sort it out myself??? WTH is wrong with dealing with people that have no clue what they doing and I have to sort it out on my side.....??? If I returned the car late, no gas with damage I would totally understand but this car was brought back as per agreement. So this is according to me total breach of contract and ***** for that matter!!! Where to next ...I will make sure that we have Dollar/ Thrifty and their useless customer care and branch employees reprimanded and have this issue sorted out even if this means getting a lawyer and close them down!!! WORST COMPANY AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
