R2600 deducted and no reason why

Hi Guys,

I paid my deposit all sorted out, service at counter was good but now I sit with the problem at the deposit return. I know i did not refuel my car but why deduct my R2000 deposit and an extra R680??? If I messed up my rental car I would take full responsibility but explain me why and give me more information about this.

I keep on calling the call center to explain me what is going on with this matter but no one is answering.

All I want is for someone to give me a full detailed bill.
