R2 109.87 charged for a 1 day VW Polo rental - No support from anyone

This company charged me R2 109.87 for a day's VW Polo rental, no one is responding to my emails regarding the refund, they acknoleged that the charge is incorrect however no one is getting back to me regarding my refund. emails were sent to Lauren Jacobs, Rowan K and Joyce M, ticket number 3096. even the call centre can't assist
