Deposit has not been refunded 3 weeks after the vehicle was dropped off.

No one replies to queries in a prompt manner.

Their "company policies" regarding deposit returns is not outlined anywhere in the rental agreement.

Unauthorized, seemingly random transaction amounts are charge to your card with an Audit Trail / Explanation as to why the amount was charged and what for.

From what I can gather, the deposits are purposely withheld to gather interest.

Not worth the hassle, rather use a reputable Rental Company.
