Putting Innocent Lives in Danger

I received an unroadworthy car(Quantum) and the car was given at night around 7. The inspection was not thorough and we only realized these things the following day. The tyres of the car were close to being worn out(it was swerving when reaching 100k/h), the car had dents, the car could not start after it was switched off because of the battery and we had to buy another battery, the wipers were almost worn out and were not clearing the windscreen properly(it was rainy and dusty on our way back).

That car could have ****ed 7 innocent lives. They also took forever to refund my money for the battery. When i called their Manager Chris he was always busy or out of the office. Some **** service i was given and i will never ever hire a car at Thrifty Car Rental...
