PUTRID SERVICE!!!

By far the worst service. Definitely would not recommend. I booked a vehicle from Sunday (13th October) until Thursday (17th October). On Wednesday I called asking for a quote regarding an extension until Sunday (20th October). The gentleman that helped me gave me a quote of R1748.98. I then said I would call to confirm the following morning. On Thursday morning I called asking for the amount again just to make sure, the lady that helped me then gave me a price of R1165.99. I then agreed for her to deduct the charges. Unfortunately when I returned the car I requested an invoice as I noticed another transaction has been processed without my knowledge. The company has had the audacity to take funds without my knowledge or consent. Upon enquiry I was told that I asked for the extension to be made until Saturday. Which I know I did not request. I have made contact with the manager of the East London branch and asked for a recording of the conversation, coincidentally the line I called doesn't have recordings however the others do. I was told an investigation would be done. She then returned my call and confirmed that both employees agreed to Saturday. If this is the case why was I given 2 different amounts ? This is by far the most pathetic and unprofessional car rental company. When taking the car we weren't even given a copy of the T&Cs etc that is normally attached in the small envelope instead the gentleman that helped us took the envelope with him. And no email etc was sent to show the booking details etc. I hope this matter will be resolved or further actions will need to be taken.
