Prompt service at the East London location

I was delayed (beyond my control) and a pleasant lady called me to ask if I was still coming to collect the car. I arrived late and was attended SO promptly. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and willingness to assist me. We don’t get this service in our wonderful country anymore.
