Pre existing damages not marked on inspection sheet

First i had an issue we their so called 2019 model corolla, it was not upto my standard and so after going back and forth about a cancellation and refund, I decided to "upgrade" to nissan xtrail.

I thought i had an upgrade but the vehicle also has issues that are not indicated on my inspection sheet. I have tried to contact them since i left the branch without any luck.

Lastnight one of the guys from emergency services tried to put me through to any possible number i could get assistance from with no luck.

Even now still trying and all i get is that annoying voice"you are no.1 in this que"no.1 for 15 freaken minutes,are u kidding me???

The vehicle's rear break light is chipped it has white marks around it which id think was marked as seen and to be fixed but then on the inspection sheet its indicated as "FIXED", there are about 3 chips on the windscreen,not marked on my inspection sheet. The windscreen was dirty when i picke up the car,i only noticed the chips while on the road,tried to call and no human being was available to assist.

My questions are: were all these things i see faulty on the car intentionally overlooked? Was patience who did inspection just careless? Or is it what thrifty does to then get people to pay for pre existing damages??

The least yal couldve done was to explain to me whats happening with those chips. Yes you explained that you had shortage of vehicles and i wouldnt have had an issue if someone explained to me that i will be given the vehicle with all those chips due to shortage because i also needed avehicle to get out of there asap.

Am i misunderstanding what is marked and no marked on my inspection sheet? Because according to my understanding,all these above mentioned issues are not indicated on my sheet.

Someone please contact me and explain. I've never had issues with thrifty,but after the situation at your branch yesterday,where i even found myself emotional and crying, im most probably NEVER COMING BACK AND DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDING YOU TO MY TRAVEL BLOG FANS,NEVER!
