Poor service, un able to reach and holding onto deposit for unreasonable amount of time

I hired a car the 6th to the 9th May, returned it at 7am. Car was filled with fuel and inspected and all good. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded and have no money left in my account. I have logged a ticket and nothing happened. I am currently on the phone. I went from postition 8 in the queue, held on forever and went down to position 1 and then suddenly i was back at position 9.... held on forever and suddenly it was back to reception and how may i direct your call and not counting down again. There is no reason to hold my deposit for this long. If there are any issues or discrepancies i understand but the car was fueled and inspected and now i am sitting with an empty bank account waiting for the refund and impossible to get through anyone. I am very unhappy and unimpressed and will not make use of a company with such bad service again!!!!
