Poor Service Thrifty

Good morning, I've been requesting my deposit since last week. I am told it's approved but till today it has not released.

I hate the fact that I the lady at the deposit department keeps on lying to me saying that she'll call me back.

I phone every day to no avail. I want my deposit today and must be cleared with immediate effect. I regret using your services.

I just want my money back immediately 😡
