Poor Service: Refunds

I've always received a great service from the guys on the ground, esp those at the EL branch.

I am very disappointed in the way that the call centre and refund department has handled my issue. I've been sent from pillar to post and today when I called I was told that someone would get intouch with me ASAP. I still haven't received a call nor have I received my money which has been with Thrifty since 12 December 2019.
