An absolute STRUGGLE to have your holding deposit released - weeks after a rental. This is not my first time. Communicating with the branches is impossible - you go via a call centre where one holds on for ages , usually ending up being cut off ! Messages do not get relayed to the branch either. Extremely frustrating dealing with Thrifty !
