Poor Service - Need urgent attention to systems

Very disappointing service. There was an outstanding fee of R205 from 11 May for fuel that was not deducted from the holding fee. I settled that although I could not confirm that it had not been deducted. I was then informed that the Toyota Starlet that I had requested was not available and I would receive a Suzuki Swift. The brakes were so bad that the car veered to the right whenever I braked. I had to drive to Middelburg, and it was a nighmare. On my return I could not find anyone to receive the car as the person was on a "break". When he eventually arrived I asked him to test the car which he did and agreed that the brakes need repair. This is unacceptable service. I have used them for many years, but have now decided to move to another Rental Company.
