Poor Service from Thrifty Car Rental

I booked a Car with Thrifty car rental on the 07/02/2019 , i phoned in for the booking and everything was confirmed and they gave me a Ref number as well. When i arrived at Lanseria airport to collect the car it was never booked and the staff on the ground was not helpful at all and just said that they can not help me not even trying to do something.

I had to run around on the airport to find a other car and thank good nice that AVIS was of such a big help. I did log also a complaint but its been almost 2 weeks and no reply from them.

The car did cost me more than dubbel but at-lest i had a car. I also missed my meeting as it took me 2 hours to get a new car.

I would sorely advice everyone not to do rent cars from Thrifty car Rentel.

Hi Dollar Car Rental Its been 15 days and no feedback or anyone contacting me. Just to show how poor your service is. You MUST be the worst car rental company by far.
